Sophie is passionate about empowering you to move joyfully and confidently—whether that’s a sunlit hike, a beachside flow, or an in-studio stretch. Her studies at RMIT, Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of applied science (Osteopathy), have given her deep insight into how our bodies work and heal, which she weaves into every minimalist workout and mindful-breathing practice. As a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Sophie leads community-focused flow-stretching classes and tailors one-on-one sessions to fit your goals. To support recovery and holistic well-being, Sophie provides dry needling, cupping and therapeutic massage—laying the groundwork for more advanced manual care to come. When she’s not guiding clients, you’ll find her exploring coastal reefs with a snorkel, indulging in anything chocolate, or planning her next adventure—always inspired by nature’s power to heal and ground
