    MELT will be a guided workshop designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body through self-massage and myofascial techniques. Using breath, gentle movement, and hands-on release tools, you'll explore practical ways to soften tight tissues, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural rhythms.

    This month’s workshop will focus on self massage techniques and muscle release — perfect if you’re carrying stress, experiencing tension, or just want to open up and breathe more freely.
